The spa assistant will be part of a diversified and dynamic team that offers a award -winning service for our honorable guests. This position follows the director of the spa. The resort will provide a work permit in the Maldives.
What you will do:
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area and enhancing a safe work environment
- Preparation and maintenance of spa therapy rooms; Clothing rooms, steam rooms and sauna, toilets, treatment rooms, pre -treatment area, waiting area, relaxation room and refurbish
- Dealing with guest reactions at the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, and meeting special requests whenever possible; Reporting customer complaints to the manager immediately; Helping customers with all inquiries related to spa services
- Helping guests in their dates with regard to spa services
- Helping the therapists in preparing and dismantling their treatment areas
