The membership specialist is responsible for driving (non -members) to the gym to provide the leading customer services in the industry as well as to our current members. This is a full -time position that reports directly to the assistant general manager and the general manager.
Summary functional description:
- External marketing, promotional offers and searching for potential customers.
- Conducting promotions outside the site, distributing permits and building local merchants.
- Combining potential customers through registration and members ’referrals.
- Book membership dates and achieve or overcome monthly goals.
- Make tours for all guests and provide membership options.
- Follow up on newly registered members and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep the facility's cleanliness and its ability to work.
- Helping to keep the members who ask to cancel their membership.
- Availability of weekends and holidays.
- Attending monthly and mandatory daily meetings.
